    1941 BOS 1:01 DET
    1942 TOR 2:01 DET

The Blackhawks won the Stanley Cup as a -140 favorite to win the series. We gave Chicago a 59.9% chance to win with the most likely outcome being a seven game series.

Patrick Kane won the Conn Smythe Trophy; the Most Valuable Player of the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Kane, only the fourth American to win the trophy, had 7/1 odds to win before the Stanley Cup Finals began per Bovada.lv.

Chicago rattled off a 24 game unbeaten streak at the start of the season and rallied from a 2-1 series deficit to clinch the series. The Blackhawks may have started and finished as the best team this season, but they are already dogs to repeat as champions.
