is the most advanced sports forecasting software available today because it has the ability to account for all of the relevant statistical interactions of the players (playing or not playing/injured), coaches, officials, fans (homefield advantage) and weather in each game. The Predictalator
plays every game 50,000 times before it's actually played. This provides us the ability to assign probabilities to the likelihood of just about any outcome occurring in any contest including straight-up, against-the-spread and over/under winners
of each game.
Using the ResultsFinder for the last week of the NFL, one could find that all highlighted, “normal” or better (greater than 57% to cover) against-the-spread and over/under picks went 2-1 (67% ATS and O/U). This includes another win for our Lock of the Week, Denver (-4). The Locks of the Week in both NFL and College Football are now 19-7 (73% ATS)
for the season. Though the Lock of the Week in college football lost for just the second time all season, all playable college football picks were profitable once again and are 75-55 (58% ATS and O/U) in the last two weeks.
In the last week, college basketball "normal" over/under plays went 12-6 (67% O/U)
. Since the start of the season, all normal or better over/under picks in college basketball picks are 53-37 (59% O/U)
. Including a huge week from NBA halftime plays (19-4, 83% ATS, +$1,645 on normal or better sides alone), all playable basketball picks (NBA and college basketball) went 193-153 (56% ATS, O/U) over the last week.
And, lastly, on the ice last week, all "normal" NHL plays went 15-10 (60% ML, O/U, PL), the fourth week in the last five weeks where normal NHL plays finished 60% or better overall.
