Things are heating up in the Prediction Machine Pick ’em contest as there’s a 7-way tie for first place after two weeks. With a trophy and lifelong bragging rights on the line, it’ll be interesting to see how the star-studded field of 55 sorts itself out.

“It’s nice to get off to a good start, but this is a long contest, I think the winner will be the contestant who can be the most consistent and avoid a really ugly week or two.” Farmer said.

Farmer and PM subscribers “JJ Skittles” and “Bulldoggers85” all went 5-0 vs. the spread in Week 2. Farmer relied on Minnesota, New Orleans, Tennessee, Indianapolis, and Kansas City for his wins. “JJ Skittles” snagged wins thanks to Atlanta, Seattle, Tennessee, Miami, and Buffalo. “Bulldoggers” went with Seattle, Baltimore, Kansas City, Miami, and New Orleans.

Farmer won with the Titans in back-to-back week and said he’s considering adding them to his Week 3 card as well as they’re underdogs vs. the Browns.

Former Pro Bowl Linebacker Keith Mitchell followed his impressive 4-1 Week 1 effort up with a solid 3-2 showing in Week 2 as he recorded wins with the Ravens, Chiefs and his former team – the New Orleans Saints.

Mitchell and nine others are 7-3, one game behind the leaders. That pack includes Chicago Bears’ content creator DeeksView, OddsShark.com content creator Mitch Bannon, special guest Kris Abbott, and @cards_wire editor Jess Root.

Former Oakland Athletics’ pitcher Andrew Carignan (3-7) and New York Mets’ Utility Player Eric Campbell (4-6) both took a tough loss on the 49ers -7.5 as Rams coach Sean McVay kicked a meaningless FG at time expired to give the Rams a cover.

Keep an eye on former VSIN host Danny Burke who followed his rough Week 1 with a nice 4-1 bounce back effort in Week 2. Burke nailed wins with New Orleans, Minnesota, Indianapolis and Baltimore.
